Roshan Yadav was born in 1995 in Khesrahiya Village of Rautahat District, Nepal in a poor family. He got the opportunity to study at Budhanilkantha School, the prestigious school of Nepal in 2005. He was named International Young Eco-Hero 2011 by an environmental organization based in California being the 1st Nepalese to win this award for his contribution made in the field of Climate Change. He has been featured by various national and international medias. He has conducted a number of programs during his school days which involved top politicians of Nepal like the Rt. Honorable President, Rt. Honorable Prime Minister and so on.
